Ian Foster brings his passion for hospitality and a good cigar together to create Connecticut's newest Cigar Lounge. As a former member of Connecticut’s Judicial Marshalls, he appreciates the need for attention to detail and secure environment. From the chairs to the art, the cigar choices and the events, everything has been carefully selected so that Vanguard Cigar Club leaves a lasting impression and earns the reputation of the place to go relax and enjoy the traditional cigar experience.
